Your Workout - Enjoy a variety of formats offered exclusively in Heart and Soul Studios. Group classes are an excellent way to get in shape and stay in shape. Your instructor/trainer is nationally certified to provide you a safe, effective workout with hands-on guidance and instruction tailored to meet your individual needs. We don’t “let you go” on your own to figure it out; we guide you through each movement with precision and expertise so you can get the most out of your experience. Cardiovascular Classes: Get off the treadmill and really start sweating. Challenge yourself to reach outside of the ordinary and experience real physical fitness.
Strength Training Classes: Lean, toned, sculpted: Words to describe what strength training does for your body. Choose from a variety of classes that completes a total body workout: including Upper/Lower/Abdominals. We offer it all.
Flexibility: Yoga and Pilates, General Flexibility. From downward facing Dog to the Hundred, from sports conditioning stretching to basic, simple flexibility movements.

Class Variety
Yoga - Classic Yoga for everyone, Including core poses, breathing and alignment. Yoga is essential in making improvements in posture and flexibility. Class includes standing, seated and relaxation poses, flexing in the spine in all directions, range of movement exercises for the joints, moderate cardiovascular conditioning, deep stretching, cool-down and guided relaxation.Pilates – Classic Pilates, mat format. Original Pilates movements that strengthens your abdominal, glutes, pelvis, hip flexors and back.
Pilates/Yoga Mix - Emphasis on Pilates with added Yoga for increasing flexibility.
Yoga/Pilates Mix – Emphasis on Yoga / with added Pilates for core strengthening.
Power Yoga - A combination of Yoga plus strengthening movements, design to deliver an amazing workout that will leave you feeling energized and strong.
Total Body Sculpt – Sculpting, head to toe, plus abs! Using dumbbells, weighted bars and body resistance, Great workout!
Sculpting Basics – Resistance training for those that like the basics, but like it hard.
Upper and Abs – Chest, shoulders, back, biceps & Triceps targeted; Plus abdominal workout using body resistance, dumbbells & the floor.
Butts and Gut’s – Targeting your 2 favorite/worst parts. Designed to firm and tighten the glutes, quadriceps, hips and work the entire belly.
